(1) Ammonia leakage from the oil and ammonia separator
After the oil and ammonia separator leaks ammonia, if the compressor is running, immediately cut off the power supply of the compressor, and quickly close the outlet valve, inlet valve, liquid supply valve, oil discharge valve and condenser exhaust valve of the oil separator.
(2) Ammonia leakage from the condenser (vertical, horizontal, evaporative condensers)
After the condenser leaks ammonia, if the compressor is running, immediately cut off the power supply of the compressor, quickly close all the pressure equalization valves of the high pressure barrel and all other condenser pressure equalization and exhaust valves, and then close the inlet and outlet valves of the condenser. The emergency condenser can be decompressed when the process permits.
(3) Leakage of ammonia from the high-pressure storage tank
After the high-pressure liquid storage tank leaks ammonia, immediately close the liquid inlet valve, liquid equalization valve, liquid outlet valve, oil discharge valve and other related valves. If the ammonia compressor is running, quickly cut off the power supply of the compressor, and immediately open the valve connected to the low-pressure container when the conditions and environment permit, so as to reduce the loss of ammonia leakage. When the pressure of the high pressure storage tank is consistent with the low pressure, the pressure relief valve should be closed in time.
(4) Ammonia leakage from the intercooler
After the intercooler leaks ammonia, when the compressor is running, immediately cut off the power supply, close the main exhaust valve of the compressor, the secondary suction valve and the valves connected with other equipment, and open the exhaust valve for exhaust and reduction. pressure.
(5) Ammonia leakage from low-pressure liquid storage tank
After the low-pressure liquid storage tank leaks ammonia, when the system compressor is running, immediately cut off the compressor power supply, close the compressor suction valve, close the low-pressure liquid storage tank inlet, outlet, uniform liquid, oil and other related valves, and turn on the ammonia pump The inlet and outlet valves and the ammonia pump transport the low-pressure liquid storage tank to the warehouse evaporator, and close the ammonia pump inlet valve after the low-pressure liquid storage tank is empty.
(6) Ammonia leakage from the drain tank
When the drain tank leaks ammonia (defrosting, pressurizing, draining, oil draining), all connection valves between the drain tank and other equipment should be closed immediately, and the treatment should be carried out according to the liquid level of the drain tank. If the amount of liquid is small, open the pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure; if the amount of liquid is large, the liquid in the barrel should be drained as soon as possible to reduce the discharge of ammonia.
(7) Ammonia leakage from the oil collector
When the oil collector leaks ammonia or discharges oil, the oil inlet and pressure relief valve of the oil collector should be closed immediately.
(8) Ammonia leakage from air release device
When the exhauster leaks ammonia, the mixed gas inlet valve, liquid supply valve, return valve, and evaporation return valve should be closed immediately.
(9) The glass tube of the equipment is broken, and the oil level indicator leaks ammonia
When the glass tube of the equipment breaks, the oil level indicator leaks ammonia, and the upper and lower pop-up angle valves should be closed immediately to control a large amount of ammonia leakage as soon as possible.
(10) Ammonia leakage from ammonia bottle
The ammonia bottle is a mobile pressure vessel, and the ammonia bottle must be inspected every two years and scrapped after 12 years of use. Without regular inspection, it is forbidden to use bottle wall cracks, severe corrosion, dents, bulges, deformation and other defects. When ammonia leaks during the ammonia dosing process, the outlet valve of the ammonia bottle should be closed immediately, and the ammonia dosing valve of the ammonia dosing station should be poured on the leaking site with water, and the ammonia bottle should be quickly pushed out of the ammonia dosing site.
